“I just had an AWESOME 1:1 session with Rachel this evening. I missed the group Diamond session this week, but Rachel just spent a LOT of time with me going over all my questions and concerns that came up for me as I prepare to put out an EDM concept album consisting of 5 EPs that I’ll be releasing over the course of this next year.

We talked about every aspect of the release, from admin to mindset to vocal production tips. For example, Rachel helped me navigate some pros and cons of whether or not it would benefit me to put my music on Spotify or just direct people to my website for the mp3 download. She gave me some vocal exercises to tweak my vocal tone on certain sections of my music, and she inspired me to plan outfits, makeup, and dance movements to channel my “inner diva” in the recording booth for the best possible performance 💃

I’m typically the kind of person to do everything myself with as little help from the outside as possible (I went to audio school to learn how to engineer my own music, and I studied with business coaches to learn marketing so that I could steer my own ship in this biz). Even with all that as my foundation, Rachel’s support is adding something to my creative process that I’m really enjoying. Our session literally lit up my inspiration for the week!

It feels good to be a Diamond member!! 🌟 Thank you Rachel!! 💜“

“It can be difficult to find a safe space to hone your craft.

MPS is that safe space for musicians.”

- Jennifer S. (Columbia, MD, USA)

“I'm writing this fresh from an initial consultation with Rachel Delgado. After hearing some of her story on a Clubhouse interview done by Shaun Gresham, I was hoping for the chance to talk more. Her authenticity rang through in that interview, and the place of compassion she seems to work from as a result of all the challenges she's faced in her own life and career also drew me to her as a potential mentor. Both authenticity and compassion are mandatory qualities for anyone I aspire to work with. And her career and dedication speaks for itself.

Our first conversation was so productive. I just felt that she was intently listening, and as a result, everything she shared with me was essential, focused advice. Which on its face is invaluable. Upon hearing more about MPS and the structure and goals of the group, I began to feel as if this may be the place for me to take the next steps in my growth as a musician.

My goal in coming to Rachel was to receive some direction about where (exactly!) to focus next in the steps of rejuvenating my musical career. I came away with that direction, and the confidence that I can continue to receive authentic PEER support along the way from MPS all the way to the highest level imaginable.

I look forward to working more closely with them. Thank you for your time Rachel!“

- John M. (Grand Rapids, MI)

“Ms. Rachel and the Musician Support Team have been nothing but a blessing to me. She was able to see behind the wall that so many of us build up, and tap into our talents, all well helping strengthen our weak points.

The community is a gem, and you will genuinely walk away every day feeling empowered and motivated to share the essence of your musicianship. You won't find anyone who is as dedicated to developing artists, who believe in them, and encouraging them not only to serve the song but to most importantly take care of themselves too. I am forever grateful to have found them!”

- Ally K. (Alabama)

“I look forward to MPS events so much. All day I am excited for it to start.I have found friends and support who honestly want to help first and foremost. It is a group that is not trying to sell me anything in exchange for their attention. I have learned a lot and also found success and I am on my way!”

- Jennifer M. (Wauchula, FL)

“I discovered MPS in September of 2021 through some songwriter friends. I am constantly amazed and grateful for resources that are shared through Rachel, members, and industry professionals who give their time to this group.

It's inclusive, empowering, and really makes a space for all levels of musicians and producers. I'm so thankful to have found this community, and I feel immensely more plugged in and ready to tackle the music industry.”

- Teresa S. (Denver, C.O.)

“Thank you, Rachel Delgado and your team for the countless hours you give and for all that you do for our community. It is amazing how many useful resources you provide us with and the number of outstanding live sessions you schedule.

This is one of the few facebook groups that puts the well-being of musicians first and foremost with no ulterior motives other than to help guide us through the challenges we all face as creatives who want to share our gift with the world.

Thank you also to those in our community for supporting MPS and the other members of our community. There is strength in numbers and together we can all help each other be successful at doing what we love!”

- Gary L.

“I am grateful to be part of MPS. I’ve never hung with a more open, supportive and informed group. They have attracted a diverse community of songwriters and producers who show up and support each other.”

- Daniel J. (New Market, Maryland)

The effort and resources that are provided to this community go above and beyond!

We are stronger in community than we are alone and there is so much strength in this group! Thank you for all you do for us MPS!!!”

- Vicky Lynn S. (Millbrook, NY)

“Had a 1 on 1 consultation with Rachel and honestly wow it was so refreshing and informative. Sometimes it's hard to come across good and intentional advice in the music industry but Rachel's knowledge is incomparable. She has a huge range of resources and experience in the industry both production-wise and business-wise. The conversation was very uplifting to say the least and I will definitely stay in touch with her and would recommend anyone serious about their craft to tap into musician's peer support.”

- Julie O. (Washington, D.C.)

“I am so grateful for MPS and for it's very capable, knowledgeable, talented and compassionate leader, Rachel Delgado and the rest of amazing team.

I've been a part of MPS since it was a seedling and I've watched it grow and continue to flourish and be a welcoming, educational and supportive community for musicians from all walks of life.

I love the Guest Expert sessions, the workshops, the community which will help to guide your progress and I recently did a 1-on-1 session with Rachel which I also highly recommend.

If you want to be a part of a community of wonderful musicians whether you're creating music for artist releases or for sync licensing (beginner to advanced), this community has so much to offer!

I'm truly grateful to be a part of it!”

- Lisa M.

“I really appreciate genuine people and that's what I've found through Musicians Peer Support. Thanks Rachel and team for your ongoing support!”

- Kay B. (Sydney, Australia)

“I am so grateful for Rachel Delgado and the wonderfully supportive community at MPS!!!

I've been able to continue to grow as an artist because of the excellent piano, vocal & DAW lessons they offer, plus their Diamond & feedback sessions.

Not to mention, all the great information, tips & camaraderie on Clubhouse!”

- Deb E. (Detroit, MI)

“Musicians Peer Support is a great community to learn about music, music business, production, sync licensing, and much more. It's not a "listen to my new song" type of community, but one where anyone can join and feel welcomed...and learn! I highly recommend any and every music creator to become part of Musicians Peer Support!”

- Da Fingaz (Manssas, Virginia, USA)

“MPS is outstanding.

Rachel is so knowledgeable and giving of her time and her resources, and has created such a community. And so much is available for free! Tap in!” - Mack W. (Plainsboro, NJ)

“There so many resources for music professionals throughout this website.”

- Mitchell H. (USA)

“MPS is an incredibly important institution. The support and inspiration and care and just a feeling like your not in this alone is so valuable.

I’m so grateful for Rachel and the community. Being in Australia is not always easy to feel connected but every time I jump on a call it feels like coming home.”

- Craig S. (Anglesea, Victoria, Australia)

“Rachel & MPS provide a fantastic community and service to all musicians and people working in the music business. From what I know, all of this came about organically in the early days of clubhouse. Rachel lead rooms and discussions with tremendous empathy and social tact and thus MPS sets the standard by which others should aspire to when it comes to networking in music and ultimately problem solving in art, life & business.

I highly recommend them to everyone in the music world, regardless of experience level.

“There's so much involved with the singing, songwriting, musicianship, production, mastering, sides of music... It would be super easy to simply call it quits for many, once the business or administrative side also enters the scene for newbies, like me. My ducks were often in the air or out swimming around on various ponds, not even close to being in a row... until I recently began having more time to spend within the MPS community, which is what also led me to join their Patreon community.”

- Steven R. (Montreal, Canada)

“MPS has a more relaxed, learn at a "whatever pace you're comfortable" kind of vibe...

which is SO refreshing from other programs I have been enrolled, where everyone begins marketing their programs (even several of those programs market their additional programs, before even ensuring participants are happy and gaining value for the current, paid programs!) It's like a breath of fresh air to just be able to ask for the help one needs within MPS and not feel the need to "duck and run" from a probable onslaught of things I may not be ready to process or enter pursuing, just yet.

It allowed me the grace space to feel into what I need and am ready to learn next, which is why I have now entered the more individualized training or mentoring through their Patreon program...

which again, grants me the space to pick and choose what I know I best need assistance with on my own path... in my here and now. I am so grateful, Rachel saw the need for such a group, like MPS, for those of us who may not feel or want to fit into one particular box; but, own the peculiarities in the ways our own brains and minds process things.

Thank you, Rachel, Mentors, Guest Speakers, and Participants for making and keeping this space... relatable for those of us who've perhaps felt "unheard," in other various music learning groups and/or programs.”

- Rainer D. (Bloomsburg, PA)

“I am so impressed with MPS!

I went to a Friday session at the invitation of my co-writer to get feedback on a song we want to pitch for sync. We and everyone else were given such thorough, supportive, concrete and honest feedback by Rachel Delgado and her team as well as anyone else listening who wanted to chime in. All songs were listened to in their entirety in real time, something I have never experienced in other feedback sessions. The artists in the group are putting out professional sync ready or close to ready material which is very inspiring, and they were fun to hang out with too!

Then I went to a complimentary consultation with Rachel on singing. She gave me a great lesson with exercises that opened up interesting and exciting new paths for my voice. And as if that wasn't enough, she then asked me if I had any other questions or concerns with my music career so we went on a while longer talking about sync.

I am totally blown away at all the incredibly generous resources the good people at MPS are providing indie artists!

I wish I had time to do all of the sessions every week! Thank you MPS!”

- Helen A. (Madison, WI)

“I've just had my first consultation, which went way beyond my expectations, and now I am in love with the MPS community!

I knew there was something different about this community when I first joined one of the songwriting feedback sessions a couple weeks ago, and this meeting with Rachel today solidified it.

Amazing energy, transparency, expertise and love for the craft!

I am very grateful to have this community and its resources to help me accelerate my singer/songwriter aspirations, and I just know that MPS will continue to grow leaps and bounds. MPS is definitely all about sharing, support, and striving for us all to succeed. THANK YOU!”

- Mila K. (New York, NY)

“First of all, Rachel is amazing; My 1 on 1 consultation was EVERYTHING! She has a heart for this work and is highly knowledgeable about the music industry. MPS, thank you for being a voice for indie artists.

The work that's getting done to help us is so appreciated and absolutely a blessing!”

With Humble Gratitude, AMI-LA (Detroit, MI)

“Met with Rachel for a 1-on-1 consultation and it was more than I could have asked for. I am extremely grateful for the guidance that was provided to me during the meeting and the wealth of information that was shared. I thoroughly enjoyed how passionate Rachel is about music (I felt it over zoom!) Super excited for future meetings and events.

- Mili Ann

“When I left the music scene (and my music dreams) 35 years ago it was a very different business. Now Indie is mainstream and expected to compete with the major labels. I had a steep learning curve from my actual garage band days to virtual and beyond.

Rachel and everyone has made a warm, welcoming and informative place for me to regain my bearings in this new reality.

After only writing songs for my own enjoyment/therapy for over 3 decades, I have especially appreciated the song feedback rooms. Rachel, and Ben, and Anthony, and Gina and all are the first ears on these tunes I've had hidden away (and new ones inspired by events of today) other than mine. Their feedback has been constructive and kind. Now, at 57 years old, I am days away from releasing my very first single EVER! Everyday working on this has been a gift I have given myself, with MPS, Rachel and the teams support. I appreciate everyone I have met through this platform.”

- Kytha (San Francisco, CA)

“I am SO grateful to have connected with the MPS team.

As a lyricist & singer I had little idea of the production side and few industry connections in the sync world, so the feedback & guest expert sessions have been priceless.

Love being part of this community, great ‘real’ people to hang with & learn from.

If I have a question, they’re my go to. Thanks for keeping it real MPS & thanks for helping Indie artists.”

- Wendy B. (Melbourne, Australia)

“MPS is a continual support system I didn't know could exist!

The team is comprised of top notch musicians, thinkers and teachers! Every week the MPS leaders are in action ensuring the members get the utmost experience they have to offer through weekly feedback sessions, songwriting sessions, educated and experienced music industry guest speakers, and don't forget fun with the happy hour social events.

I am most grateful for having this outlet not only to share my music, but to learn from others and make new friends in the process!

- KJ M. (San Diego, CA)

“Lately I have been in a real funk & stupor. This has kinda been building up for the last few months. A little over a week ago I saw that MPS was offering free consultations and responded immediately.. So glad & thankful I did...

My time with Rachel was a much needed salve for my discouragement. What I appreciate the most, is how down to earth and REAL she is. She's for people who like their Jack straight, no chaser. Her PASSION for community is another plus, and it's not just a word spurted out here and there but you get the sense that she actually believes in what that really means. Lastly, I think the thing that encouraged me greatly is how she got me to take a look at me and to BELIEVE what I see..”

- Jay A. (Chicago, IL)

“MPS is a genuinely friendly and supportive place where you can feel confident in sharing your latest creation and know your going to be given honest, constructive feedback.

It's a busy world out there but spending even a little bit of time with MPS is well worth it. Just had a consultation with Rachel (that lasted well over the allotted hour) and it was great to have that time focussed on the issues and questions around my music that I needed to talk about.

Every time I join in an MPS event I come away having, learnt something valuable, made a connection, heard something amazing or knowing what my next steps are.”

- Stoo B. (Fife, Scotland)

“Thank you so much!! Because I took a chance, bought an iPhone, and joined Clubhouse, I discovered Rachel Delgado and, subsequently, this community.

Honest community works in a big way and this one is no exception.

In the short time I've been a member, I finalized my second album after 10 years of production, released a single, learned countless tricks, made friends, shared my marketing skills, and been signed to a hip new synch agency via some recs in this group.

To top it off, Todd Wolfe (an entertainment lawyer and regular in this group) helped me go through the contract to ensure I was getting a fair deal. I highly recommend him!

All of this in the span of a few months. I have this community to thank.

So thank you...all of you.”

❤ Jesse (Spring Owls) (Los Angeles, CA)

“The 1 on 1 consultation with Rachel was very insightful

At 1st I was not sure about having a consultation as I thought it would be rushed and I would've heard information I've previously heard, when in reality it was very detailed and lasted 50 minutes. I DEFINETLY would recommend you try a consultation as it really helped me see a better path for my future.”

- Michael A. (South Africa)

“I love Musicians Peer Support.

As a musician, it’s so important to have peers that understand the struggles, the joys and the yearning to connect to others whom enjoy the same craft. I have always enjoyed the feedback sessions, clubhouse rooms, Facebook page for Q and A and the zoom guest sessions. I am so blessed to have found MPS and love being part of this community.”

- Susan H. (Bend, Oregon)

“Just had some singing assistance from Rachel Delgado. Even though my voice felt tired and tense after teaching today,

I could feel my voice becoming freer and starting to release its power.

I'll definitely be practising these exercises.”

- Isabel B. (UK)

“Where does one begin? I discovered Rachel through Clubhouse. I believe I knew then that the advice she would offer to me as part of the Musicians Peer Support would be beneficial and memorable.

Few and far between you come across a person who has the industry experience she has willing to take a moment (30 minutes/moments) and genuinely provides excellent critique and recommendation to your music (for me as a singer and songwriter).

I would offer, even more critical, Rachel got to know me as a person. She listened to my music and also to the person behind the music. Her attentiveness made our engagement humanistic and uplifting. I obtained great advice for my team and me to review before releasing the EP. I can't wait for your all to listen. I can't wait to see how much further I can go with MPS. Thank you, Rachel and MPS. #KeepRocking.

- Darshae K. (Miami, FL)

“Being a musician songwriter brings constant challenges.

These days you are expected to be equal parts writer, player, engineer, entrepreneur...

Musician's Peer Support has provided me with support, information, & networking opportunities that have made such a difference in my career and my wellbeing!

In Rachel's Clubhouse Room, musicians can drop in and ask anything about business & contracts, dealing with rejection, recording... I personally connected with a wonderful attorney in her room (Todd Wolfe) who helped me renegotiate a bad contract. Rachel, Gina, Aaron, Ben & everyone else on her team are mega-talented, experienced & empathetic--and qualified to help in all aspects of the industry. If they don't know the answer to a question, they can put you in contact with someone who can help. I can't say enough good things about them.
Thank you to the whole team--I'm so grateful.”

- Shireen D. (Los Angeles, California)

“I’ve always been apprehensive to share my music with people. Slowly I’ve been breaking out of my shell and one place that has allowed me to do that is with the company of Rachel, Gina, Ben, Anthony, and Roddy and Aaron and many other who attend and listen in and give their feedback and encouragement.

Every single time someone shares a piece of themselves these amazing people find away to celebrate it and just make you feel really good about having the courage to share and the willingness to grow.

Their advice is never pressured and always helpful and even fun to hear. Sometimes having your worked critiqued can feel very intimidating at times but this wonderful team delivers their art of construct and critique in a very positive, encouraging and inviting manner.

It makes me feel even more excited to come back with more music to share so that I can learn from them knowing that many road to improvement may reveal themselves. I’m lucky to have found such a safe place with such amazing people.”

- Callie P. (San Diego, CA)

”The 1 on 1 consultations provided by MPS have equipped me with a wealth of knowledge and tools I use to propel my career in the industry!

Rachel did a phenomenal job in finding the right solutions for my needs.
The community is very respectable, warm, and welcoming. I am truly grateful for the wonderful support and opportunities MPS has given me. Thank you!”
