Who We Are

Greetings everyone! Thanks for joining us in building this amazing community. We are a collective of creatives, songwriters, producers and music industry professionals that have been supporting, uplifting each other & helping each other get to the next level since January 2021. So much helpful information has been exchanged and so many inspiring stories have been shared. We’re truly grateful for this incredible journey!

We’re here to help each other as indie artists to develop and cultivate healthy community. We get our burning questions answered, and are given feedback from our peers on works in progress. We have organized workshops, discussions and classes, and are grateful to have an opportunity to talk to other people who share the same passion.

Feel free to introduce yourself. Join the Mailing List. Where are you located? What is your specialty in the field? Ya know...the basics. Feel free to drop a link in for a live listening session, and invite any music industry friends who you think may benefit from what we offer, while learning and adding value to this amazing community we’ve built filled with positive energy and love.

What We Stand For

We’re here to uplift each other, support each other & help each other get to the next level. Accolades or not, we’re all human, so we’re here to be understanding, uplifting and empowering to help each other thrive and grow. It’s not so much a place for pitching or preaching, it’s more for shared experience.

Musicians Peer Support is all about building relationships and community through the sharing of experiences, resources and information, while helping indie artists, creatives and industry pros alike. We’re here to establish a well-rounded, kind-hearted approach to artist development, empowerment and the evolution of the music industry as a whole. We can help you get your questions answered, guide you in the right direction, help you focus on your craft and develop your sound and career as an artist. We are not lawyers, so we recommend finding a entertainment attorney for any members’ legal issues or questions (some are volunteer). We are not a substitute for licensed mental health providers or medical health professionals, so we highly recommend seeking professional help when needed. We are an inclusive community that is built to allow each individual to thrive and grow. Positive reinforcement, encouragement, constructive feedback, gratefulness and self-care are pillars of our approach to assisting our fellow peers in their creative endeavors.

We’ve listened to over 700 songs at our Feedback Sessions, where we provide in-depth production notes and tips to our members. We’ve spent over 600 hours cultivating relationships with peers and music industry experts having conversations about the music business, work/life balance, creativity and expanding ways to support each other. We’ve interviewed over 70 music industry professionals at our Guest Sessions and interviews, our our community has grown to over 4.2K members on Clubhouse and 2.3K members on Facebook. We’ve conducted over 100 consultations and lessons, and our network of friends and colleagues has grown immensely. We’re grateful for the opportunity to add value as we learn and grow together.

Our free live virtual events continue including interviews with music industry experts, producers, artists, wellness advocates and more!

Thanks for stopping by & see you soon!

“I am so grateful for MPS and for it's very capable, knowledgeable, talented and compassionate leader, Rachel Delgado and the rest of amazing team.

I've been a part of MPS since it was a seedling and I've watched it grow and continue to flourish and be a welcoming, educational and supportive community for musicians from all walks of life. I love the Guest Expert sessions, the workshops, the community which will help to guide your progress and I recently did a 1-on-1 session with Rachel which I also highly recommend. If you want to be a part of a community of wonderful musicians whether you're creating music for artist releases or for sync licensing (beginner to advanced), this community has so much to offer! I'm truly grateful to be a part of it!”
